M&M Welding team understands that with mechanical contracting jobs, one can’t afford to have a company come in and complete a job ineffectually – the stakes are too large and the time commitment too long. In order to utilize the days and dollars properly, the crew completes every job with effective financial and operational aspects in mind. And for this, an efficient application is required which can cater to all the stakeholders in the process.

Solution

Major stakeholders for M&M were identified and an efficient platform was created, so that the time-logs can be recorded in the database instead of the paper. The application needs login from the Foreman – one who leads a project, and provide a feature to check history of work done by workers, managing leaves and weekly logged hours.
